My journey to a richer prayer life and the discovery of prayer art journaling began in college when I became a Christian at 18. Despite my newfound faith, my prayer times were unproductive and often put me to sleep.
In 2013, at the age of 43, I stumbled upon a prayer art journaling workshop during a New Wine holiday. It merged my love for journaling, art, doodling, and creatively writing Bible verses, revitalizing my connection with God. This showed me that it's never too late to enhance your spirituality.
