How To Cancel Your Subscription

If you would like to cancel your Creative Sanctuary membership, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Log in to your Creative Sanctuary account.

2️⃣ In the top right corner, click on your profile photo.

3️⃣ From the menu, select “Manage Your Account.”

4️⃣ You will be taken to your Account Settings page.

5️⃣ On the left-hand menu, click “Billing & Subscriptions.”

6️⃣ The first time you open this page, you may be asked to enter a verification code sent to your email.
Check the inbox of the email address you used to sign up.

7️⃣ Inside Billing & Subscriptions, you will see a list of your subscriptions.

8️⃣ Find the active subscription you want to cancel.

9️⃣ Click the three dots (⋯) next to the subscription.

🔟 Select “Cancel Subscription.”

Once cancelled, your membership will stop and you will no longer have access to the Creative Sanctuary content.
