You love Jesus. You want to grow. But life is full... full of noise, full of responsibility, full of pressure. Maybe you know the feeling:
If any of that lands gently, please know you are not alone. So often, God meets us not in the rush but in the stillness. Not in the performance but in the presence. Not in the noise but in the quiet, creative expression of the heart.
A couple of years ago, my life hit a breaking point. I was caring for several family members going through very real challenges, running my private practice, and trying to hold my home together... and quietly burning out.
One day I sat on the floor and cried until I had nothing left. I whispered, "God, I can't do this."
In that raw moment, He whispered back:
"Pick up a brush and paint."
So I did. I painted what looked like a bruise... grey, pink, purple, messy and honest. I stared at it and said, "Lord, this looks like a mess."
And He whispered:
"I'm going to turn your mess into a message."
That moment became a turning point. I gave myself permission to rest, to breathe, to sit with Scripture, and to create without pressure. And slowly, gently, God rebuilt me through colour, prayer, and creativity.
Out of that season, Creative Sanctuary was born... a peaceful space where women who love God can find rest, renewal, and creative connection, without perfectionism or overwhelm.

BEFORE: “I longed to journal consistently for years, but nothing ever stuck. Journaling felt like a chore.”AFTER: “Now it’s my place of healing, presence, and authentic growth. The Creative Sanctuary connected my love for art with my walk with God and gave me a community that focuses on presence, not perfection.”

BEFORE: “I was searching for a space where I could connect with God more deeply and belong to a faith-filled community.” AFTER: “I found it here. I love how creativity brings us together to hear God and share our stories. I feel called, and I know God is telling me, ‘This is your space.’”

BEFORE: “My heart felt blocked with irritations, failures, and disappointments. I longed for calm and renewal.” AFTER “The workshop became an oasis of peace. Through creative prayer, I was reminded that where we feel broken, God restores us in gold. I left renewed and grateful for the shared journey with others.”
